Salon policies

By booking an appointment you agree to these salon policies.

 

APPOINTMENTS

Want to stay fresh and stylish? We recommend that you book your upcoming appointments in advance. 


Changes/cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we appreciate a minimum of twenty-four hours’ notice before your appointment. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead will be charged a cancellation fee of half the service cost. You agree to these terms when you book an appointment.


No Shows

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a “no-show” fee of the full price of the service, payable before booking your next appointment.


Late Arrivals

Hey, we get it, life happens. If you’re running late, please call and let us know. If we can work around it, we will. In most cases we will need to reschedule you and you will be subject to a $50 fee payable before your next appointment.

SALON SERVICE POLICIES

  • Pricing is based on the experience and education of our stylists, so prices may vary.

  • All prices are subject to change and do not include gratuity.

  • Please note that our service pricing may increase based on additional time or product required to accommodate very thick or long hair.

  • In the best interest of our staff and clientele, Hue 32 cannot provide services to clients that have had or are recovering from any neck or head injury. In the case of having such an injury, you must inform our receptionist team at the time of making your appointment. You may be asked to sign a waiver of liability in order to receive services at Hue 32. 

  • The staff and employees of Hue 32 reserve the right to refuse service to guests who: 

    • Anyone who has or has recently had a neck or head injury.

    • Any client who presents a disorder or condition that makes them ineligible for services.

  • If you are unhappy with a service you have received (we don’t think you will be!), we are happy to provide to you the opportunity to return to the salon within 48 hours for a consultation. 

 

LITTLE ONES

Hue 32 welcomes children with a scheduled appointment. Otherwise, please leave your kiddos at home! Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child and everyone at the salon. We work with hot and sharp tools as well as chemicals. If something were to happen to your child at our salon, it would be devastating for your family as well as ours. For this reason we ask that parents visit the salon without their child unless that child has an appointment.

 

RETURNS

  • Returns of unopened or defective products are not an issue and we would be happy to swap it out or refund it at your choice. 

  • Salon merchandise may be returned for exchange or salon credit.

  • Hair brushes may not be returned due to health and sanitation code.

  • Products may not be returned after 14 days from purchase.
